ma y o r ma y n o t const itut e s exual ha ras sme n t , d epending o n t he nat ure of the<br />
c onduct a nd its severity, pe r va si veness and p ersi stenc e. Be ha vi ors whi ch are<br />
u na cceptable but do n ot c onstitute h arassme n t ma y pr o vi de grounds f or di sci p-<br />

T o the extent p ossible, confident iality will be ma i ntai ne d thr oughout<br />
t he invest i ga tion of a c o mp lai nt. T h e d esi re for confide ntial ity mu s t be b a-<br />
lanc ed wi th the district’s obligation to c onduct a t hor ough i n vestigation, t o<br />
