1. Click on the Airport icon on the top right of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear. 2. From the drop-down menu that appears, select NSCGuest. 3. Open a web browser such as Safari or Firefox and attempt to go to any website. 4. A page will appear asking you for a username and password. Enter the username and password provided by Computer Services and click on Log In. You will be logged into the NSCAD guest wireless network, which will allow you Internet access only. iPhone and iPod Touch Instructions: 1. Tap on “Settings”, then “Wi-Fi”. 2. Wait for the NSCGuest network to appear. 3. Tap on NSCGuest. 4. Go to the main screen and open Safari. 5. Attempt to go to a website. A window will appear stating “Cannot Verify Server Identity”. Tap on the Continue button. 6. A page will appear asking you for a username and password. Enter the username and password provided by Computer Services and click on Log In. You will be logged into the NSCAD guest wireless network, which will allow you Internet access only. Windows Instructions: 1. Log into your computer. A balloon will appear stating “Wireless networks detected”. Click on the balloon. 2. In the list that appears, click on NSCGuest, then Connect. 3. You might get a warning that the connection is unsecured – click on the Connect Anyway button. 4. Wait 5-10 seconds, then open a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox and attempt to go to any website. 5. You might get an error regarding the site certificate – click on continue to this site anyway or allow a certificate exception. 6. A page will appear asking you for a username and password. Enter the username and password provided by Computer Services and click on Log In. You will be logged into the NSCAD guest wireless network, which will allow you Internet access only. 52 | P age

Please keep the following notes in mind before dropping off slides: 1. If slides have stickers or pasted labels, they may jam our scanner. Slides that may pose a risk to the scanner will not be scanned. 2. Slides should be clearly labeled for direction and scanning orientation (i.e.: this side up, this side facing screen) 3.
