6. CONDITION OF QUOTATION :-
1). Documentary certificate of work done experience in deflection and load bearing capacity test report
of pier and Deck slab of R.C.C Bridge must be attached with his quotation.
2). The quotationer or their authorised agent whatsoever desire may remain present at the time of opening
the quotation.
3) If the office happens to be closed on th date of receipt of the quotation as specified, the quotations will
be received & open in the next working day at the same time and venue.
4). The quotationer are required to deposit the earnest money amounting to 2% (two percent) of the total
cost quoted, only in the shape of [ Bank Guarantee minimum validity period six month for quotationer
other than state of Jharkhand] N.S.C - 8 th issue or 3/5 years post office term Deposit pass book ,
pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer, R.C.D., Road Division, Deoghar.
5. Quotation without requisite amount of the earnest money in the required shape, shall be rejected.
6. Up to date income tax, sale tax clearance certificate Labour licence shall be submitted with the
quotation.
7. Quotationer whose quotation has been accepted, Deposit the balance amount as security money @ 3%
of the quotated amount and then signed the contract document in the office of the Executive Engineer,
Road Construction Department, Road Division, Deoghar within seven day otherwise the earnest money
deposited by him will be forfeited and acceptance of his quotation will be cancelled and work will be
allotted to 2 nd quotationer
8. Preference will be given to those quotationer who is recognized by the government.
9. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations received without
assigning any reason thereof.
10. Admissible Sales tax, income tax and labour surcharge will be deducted from the bill at the time of
payment.
11. Ambiguous or conditional quotation are not acceptable and shall be out right rejected.
12. Payment will be made only after submission of the analystical complete set of the test report result in
all respect .
13. The quotationer will be responsible for accident etc, if any during the period of test work and the
responsibility will not be rest with the department.
14. The quotationer will be fully responsible to watch and ward of the machinery equipment and materials
supply by them.
15. Test work must be carried out strictly as per P.W.D./M.O.S.T. specification.
16) Ownership Certificate of the Testing machineries & equipments must be submitted with the
quotation.
17). The quotationer shall have to get themselves acquainting with the site before submitting quotation.
