Ms. Scalzo is the author of Preliminary Hearings:A Manual for Pennsylvania<br />
Prosecutors, which was published by the Pennsylvania <strong>District</strong> Attorneys<br />
Association. She was a contributing author for the Pennsylvania Benchbook on<br />
Crimes of <strong>Sexual</strong> Violence. Additionally, she has authored numerous articles for<br />
The Prosecutor, the magazine of the <strong>National</strong> <strong>District</strong> Attorneys Association<br />
and The Voice, NCPVAW’s newsletter.<br />
In 2001, Ms. Scalzo received the Allied Professional Award for Outstanding<br />
Commitment to Victims’ Services from the Crime Victims Council of the<br />
Lehigh Valley.<br />
Ms. Scalzo graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a<br />
major in economics and cum laude from Temple Law School in Philadelphia,<br />
Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania bar, the Eastern <strong>District</strong><br />
of Pennsylvania bar and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals bar.<br />
