In some countries the tax returns for certain years have not yet been reviewed by the tax authorities. In certain tax jurisdictions, the Group
has provided for its tax exposures based on the current interpretation and enforcement of the tax legislation in the jurisdiction. However, the
Group’ management is satisfied that adequate provisions have been made for potential tax contingencies. Also refer note 36.
