GRAND PRIX GAMES
Each country introduce a national
game
Sweden
Catch The Flag
The Field is 30x15 meters. And you have a line in the middle.
Four hula-hoops on the end of each short side. This is where
you keep your treaseures.
There are two jails close to the middle line. Each team have
their own jail. If you are on the wrong side and you get
caught you have to go to their jail.
You will need 15 players on each side.
Rules: We start off in two teams. One team on each side of
the mid line. The main goal is to take the enemy teams flags.
You have to run over the enemy territory where the flags are
whitout being caught. Once inside the hulahoops you can’t
get caught. These are ”free-zones”.
If you get caught by the enemy they will bring you to their
jail. If you get caught on the way back with an enemy flag,
you have to put it back. Then you have to wait until one of
your team-mates comes and saves you. The team-mate that
saved you most hold your hand until youré on your own side
again.
If you and your team captures the three flags and bring them
over to your side. you will win the game.
This is what you need: Huula-Hoops, Bands for the teams, 8
flags and Cones to mark the field.

Völkerball - Nations' ball
(similar to dodge ball)
A court is divided into two areas, it is a similar size to a
volleyball court but can vary depending on the venue.
There are two teams and each team normally consists of 6
players. One player of each team stands at the baseline, the
other 5 players stay in the opposite court.
On the referee’s whistle, players rush to get the ball which is
thrown in the air. The team that caught the ball, has to return
it to the baseline before it is in play. You can get the ball back
to baseline by throwing it back to the single player who has
waited there. Once it has reached the baseline, you can start
to throw at the opponents. It is not allowed to cross the
halfway line of the courts.
Those opponents who are hit by a live ball ( a ball that has
not bounced or hit a wall/ceiling) and can not catch it cleanly
are out and must leave the court immediately and stand
outside the opponents court. The player who threw the ball
