<strong>Miraflor</strong> <strong>Cooperativa</strong> is comprised of two other cooperatives—<strong>Cooperativa</strong><br />

Vicente Talavera and <strong>Cooperativa</strong> Jose Benito Diaz. <strong>Cooperativa</strong> Vicente<br />

Talavera has 36 members and was established in 1984, and the other<br />

cooperative has 21 members and was formed in 1993. After the coffee is<br />

picked, washing is done by the farmers on their farms. Then, the coffee is<br />

100% sundried.<br />
