Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,4).<br />

Remove the lifting unit lock (Fig. 132,5).<br />

Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,2) and pull out the stay pin.<br />

Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,3) and pull out the stay pin.<br />

Pull out the third stay pin and remove the cross controller (Fig. 132,1).<br />

Place the cross controller into position, insert the stay pin through the<br />

attachment and screw the nut (Fig. 132,4) loosely onto the thread.<br />

Insert the stay pin through the hole and screw the nut (Fig. 132,3) onto the<br />

thread.<br />

Insert the stay pin through the hole and screw the nut (Fig. 132,2) onto the<br />

thread.<br />

Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,4).<br />

Position the lifting unit lock (Fig. 132,5) so that the pin engages in the<br />

holder of the cross controller.<br />

Screw the nut (Fig. 132,4) onto the stay pin and tighten it.<br />

Tighten the 2 nuts (Fig. 132,3 and 2).<br />

Final work Fit the multi-function lever (see the section 3.5.4 "Installing the control<br />

valve").<br />

3.5.8 Replacing the lifting cylinder<br />

CAUTION<br />

Risk of injury by a heavy component.<br />

The lifting cylinder weighs approx. 22 kg.<br />

When removing and installing the lifting cylinder, use suitable lifting gear<br />

or work with another person.<br />

Pay attention to the "Safety instructions <strong>for</strong> working on the hydraulic<br />

system" (see Part 1 "Safety").<br />

On both side of the bearing, there can be shim washers in order to reduce<br />

the play and prevent damage.<br />

This section describes replacement of a lifting cylinder.<br />

The second lifting cylinder is replaced in the same way.<br />
