Hydraulic system 3
Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,4).
Remove the lifting unit lock (Fig. 132,5).
Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,2) and pull out the stay pin.
Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,3) and pull out the stay pin.
Pull out the third stay pin and remove the cross controller (Fig. 132,1).
Place the cross controller into position, insert the stay pin through the
attachment and screw the nut (Fig. 132,4) loosely onto the thread.
Insert the stay pin through the hole and screw the nut (Fig. 132,3) onto the
thread.
Insert the stay pin through the hole and screw the nut (Fig. 132,2) onto the
thread.
Unscrew the nut (Fig. 132,4).
Position the lifting unit lock (Fig. 132,5) so that the pin engages in the
holder of the cross controller.
Screw the nut (Fig. 132,4) onto the stay pin and tighten it.
Tighten the 2 nuts (Fig. 132,3 and 2).
Final work Fit the multi-function lever (see the section 3.5.4 "Installing the control
valve").
3.5.8 Replacing the lifting cylinder
CAUTION
Risk of injury by a heavy component.
The lifting cylinder weighs approx. 22 kg.
When removing and installing the lifting cylinder, use suitable lifting gear
or work with another person.
Pay attention to the "Safety instructions for working on the hydraulic
system" (see Part 1 "Safety").
On both side of the bearing, there can be shim washers in order to reduce
the play and prevent damage.
This section describes replacement of a lifting cylinder.
The second lifting cylinder is replaced in the same way.
