Welcome to our 12th Annual spring female and bull sale. I hope you are<br />
getting rain. Two years ago, I said in my letter, that this is the driest that it has<br />
ever been in western Oklahoma. We only “thought” it was dry then. Rest assured it<br />
will start raining soon and good cattle are going to be scarce and hard to buy.<br />
I know everyone who has a sale, claims to have the best set ever, but I truly<br />
know this is “bar none” the best set we have ever offered. We don’t keep any bred<br />
heifers, they all sell. Many of them,I am crazy for selling and truly hate to part<br />
with. You have the chance to buy, what we have worked hard raising for 35 years<br />
and start a leading club calf herd or add to an existing program. There will be<br />
something for everyone. We hope many of these cattle will top the market, but there<br />
has always been, at least 100 head, that will sell for $2000 or less. Several of<br />
the heifers, that have sold below the sale average, will more than pay for their self with<br />
a first calf, we see this happen every year.<br />
The bulls selling this year, are 20 months old and ready for heavy service.<br />
They are as stout as you will find anywhere. They will sire the kind of prospects<br />
that are in big demand.<br />
We would be glad to help you market the offspring from this offering. Many of<br />
our customers take advantage of selling their cattle in one of our several sales that we<br />
have each year, with tremendous results.<br />
I would like to thank my wife Gay and daughter Phylli, for all of the help,<br />
hard work and support that it takes to keep this operation running. Special<br />
thanks goes to Tim and his family for helping make this outfit what it is<br />
today. Tim works harder than anyone and never gets a break. If you<br />
can’t get ahold of me, call Tim, he knows the cattle better than anyone.<br />
