is mandatory to attend to the workshops or other events of<br />

Participant badges<br />

Each <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>DAYS</strong> <strong>2010</strong> participant will receive a badge for<br />

identification and registration purposes. All badges will be<br />

handed out in the <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>DAYS</strong> Tent on the Esplanade of the<br />

Regional Policy Directorate-General (Metro Station Merode) as<br />

of Monday 4 October, 09.00, all day and during the whole event.<br />

The participant badge will give access to all venues.<br />

Attendance to the Opening Session and to the Opening of the<br />

Meeting Place is upon registration via the website. Participation<br />

to the Official Reception is by invitation only.<br />

InfoPoints during the event<br />

During the <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>DAYS</strong> <strong>2010</strong>, two Infopoints will offer material,<br />

<strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>DAYS</strong> Tent<br />

Participants, speakers and others interested in the<br />

<strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>DAYS</strong> will be welcomed at the <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>DAYS</strong> Tent in front<br />

of the Regional Policy Directorate-General's headquarter.<br />

Open as from 09.00 on 4 October <strong>2010</strong>, the tent will be the<br />

place where participants can pick up their badges, the final<br />

programme and other practical information.<br />

In addition, the Tent will host exhibitions and showcase<br />

regional projects<br />
