FUNCTION:<br />
The Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois is a broad-based economic development corporation<br />
representing Madison and St. Clair Counties. Comprised of leaders from the business, industry, labor,<br />
education and government sectors of the two-county area, the Council represents a private/public<br />
sector partnership organized to encourage business investment in southwestern Illinois.<br />
