FUNCTION:<br />
Metro built the region's light rail transit system, and is the operator of the public transportation system<br />
for the St. Louis region (bus, light rail and paratransit). Metro also oversees the operations of the St.<br />
Louis Downtown Airport and surrounding business park, Gateway Arch Revenue Collections Center,<br />
Gateway Arch Transportation System, the Gateway Arch Riverboats, and the Arch Parking Facility.<br />
