Historic Structures Assessment Report for the Muddy Run Pumped Storage Facility Project Relicensing Application

Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) of 1966, as amended, and implemented in 36 CFR Part 800. The
historic architectural assessment and reconnaissance survey were conducted by TRC architectural
historians Geoffrey B. Henry and Ellen Jenkins.
This report is organized as follows: Chapter II outlines the methodology of the architectural survey.
Chapter III provides the historic and architectural context of the Project region. Chapter IV presents the
results of the survey and the recommendations for any additional investigations. Appendix A provides the
previous PHMC correspondence and Appendix B lists the qualifications of the TRC project personnel.
