Gifs from individuals and firms amount to less tlian $75,000 - only 2% of the agencies' combined budgets. The "AN JUSTICE FOR ALL" campaign wil appeal to each attorney to support the provision of legal services to Utah's needy citizens. The campaign's strategy is to: · Ask each attorney in Utah to give the equivalent of two bil- able hours per year. · Increase giving from attorneys in Utah from 5% to 50% within 3 years. Major Gifts Announced at the January 27th Kick Off · Raise $825,000 anualy from members of the Utah State Bar. An attorney's contribution to "and Justice for al" will meet all or a portion of his or her obligation under Rule 6.1 of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct. Al donations are fully tax deductible. Checks should be made payable to "AN JUSTICE FOR ALL", 225 South, 200 East, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111. Throughout the campaign year, the growing list of supporters of "AN JUSTICE FOR ALL" wil be published in the Bar Journal. Congratulations to Bret B. Hicken, of Hicken & Hatch, Spanish Fork, Utah, whose out- standing photograph of the Upper Provo River was featured on the winning cover. This is the 6th photograph by Mr. Hicken that has appeared on a Bar Journal cover. Since August 1998 when theJournal first began featuring cover photographs of Utah scenery taken by members of the Bar, 28 attorneys have participated. Compliments are received regularly on the beauty of the cover photos. We appreciate al who have participated.
