Legal Education Department are workig with Sections to provide a fu
complement of live seminars. Please watch for brochure maigs on these.
Registration Policy: Please register in advance as registrations are taken
on a space available basis. Those who register at the door are welcome but
cannot always be guaranteed entrance or materials on the seminar day.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be confrmed by letter at least
48 hours prior to the seminar date. Registration fees, minus a $20 nonrefundable
fee, wi be returned to those registrants who cancel at least 48
hours prior to the seminar date. No refunds wi be given for cancellations
made afer that tie.
NOTE: It is the responsibilty of each attorney to maintain records of his or
her attendance at semiars for purposes of the 2 year CLE reportig period
required by the Utah Mandatory CLE Board.
