Donna advised that at about the time after Grace had left, Michael Reapp she believes
that Michael had taken some time off from work, as she did not see him at the air port'

powell advised that shortly after the disappearance of Grace and her daughter, she
was first introduced into the Reapp home in Jencho, as a

Donna powell advised that it may have been within a month after Grace and Gracie

Donnapowell advised that the fact of thematterwas that when she didmove into the
hou.", she and Michael Reapp continued their sexual relations.
Donna Powell advised that in November,Ig'79 she married Michaei Reapp
e. Michaei Reapp admitted to us that he and Grace were having mantal problems for
about 2 years, prior to her (Grace's ) disappearance.
Michael Reapp acknowledged that there wasn't "the feeling" between him and his wife
(Grace) at that trme otherwise he wouldn't have been fooling around.
During our interview with Michael Reapp, he advised that he was involved in a sexual
relationship with Donna Roussin.
Michael Reapp advised that he recalled that Donna Roussin needed a place to iive and
that the boys needed someone to stay with them, while he worked various shifts at the
airport.
Michael Reapp advised that Donna Roussin moved in, and cared for them, and that things
worked out, and that he did marry her (Roussin).
Michael Reapp advised that in the days prior to the disappearance of Grace and Gracie
there was no indication by Grace that she was leaving.
Michael Reapp was advised that we (police) believe that the circumstances of Grace and
Gracie's disappearance were suspicious, that we believe that they were victims of foul
piay, and are dead.
Michael Reapp was advised that he "was a suspect. . ..you had the motive.. . you were
seeing someone at the time...there was no love lost between you and your wife at the
time."
Michael Reapp advised:" I wasn't seeing Donna, I mean, I was seeing ... i was just
screwing around a iot."
