Furthermore, Nationwide bulletins were issued regarding the disappearance of Grace and<br />
GracreReapp, throughout the 28 years they have been missing. There is no record of<br />
their existence'<br />
2. Michael Reapp had a motive.<br />
Investigation revealed that Michael Reapp had an extra-marital affair, for some<br />
time prior to Grace Reapp's disappearance. During this affair, the woman with<br />
whom Michael Reapp was involved with had become pregnant, and subsequently<br />
had an abortion. After the disappearance of Grace Reapp and Gracie Reapp,<br />
Donna Roussino this other woman, had moved in the house with himo as the<br />
housekeeper/babysitter for Brian and Patrick Reapp; however they continued their<br />
sexual relationship during this time.<br />
a. Thrs officer learned through a case report, dated July 19, 1978 fiied by Cpl. McMaster<br />
that he and Cpl. Williamson followed up on this investigation.<br />
Th,rs officer had subsequently met with Cpl. McMaster about this report and his<br />
observations at that time. Cpl. McMaster advised that he recalled that there was a "cute"<br />
young housekeeper at the Michael Reapp residence when he arnved there. Through<br />
investigation this housekeeper was identified to have been Donna Roussin.<br />
b. This offrcer subsequently met with Donna Robbins, 0n 08-06-1998; Donna was a<br />
friend of Grace Reapp back in 1978, and iived not too far from them. Donna Robbins<br />
then husband, Hollis Robbins had worked with Michael Reapp as an air traffic controller.<br />
Donna advised that she did not like Michael Reapp, that he did not respect women in<br />
, i general and his wife Grace in particular. Donna Robbins advised that Grace was a heavy<br />
r set woman, and that Michael Reapp would belittle Grace about her weight, in front of<br />
other people. Donna Robbins viewed Michael Reapp as being "odd".<br />
c. This officer identified Mr. Thomas Evanchuk, as Michael Reapp's supervisor at the<br />
Burlington lnternational Airport in November of 1977. Mr. Evanchuk advised that, at<br />
the time of this interview, (10/1996) he still worked at the airport, as a supervisor.<br />
Mr. Evanchuk advisedthat back in1977 he was aware of Michaei Reapp's involvement<br />
with a female who worked at a car rental agency at the airport. Mr. Evanchuk advised<br />
that this was common knowledge among air traffic controllers, and that this female was<br />
referred to as the "car rental girl". Evanchuk advised that at some point, and before the<br />
Cisappearance of Grace and Gracie Reapp, Michael Reapp had in fact handed rn his<br />
resignation wherein Reapp had quit hrs job there.<br />
Mr. Evanchuk advised that Michael Reapp had taken off with this car rental giri.<br />
Mr. Evanchuk advised that within a day or so of leaving with this girl, that Michael<br />
Reapp had called him, and asked him (Evanchuk) not to process the resignation, that
