Thele Court Records also reveai that on 04- rl-79 divorce was granted to Michael Reapp'<br />
There was ,ro upp.*ance for the defendant, Grace Reapp. Michael Reapp was awarded<br />
;r"dy of his ,*r, sole ownership of the real estate, and all personal propert],<br />
il, *a clear of all claims of the defendant (Grace Reapp).<br />
3. Relationship with Grace was abusive, sometimes physical<br />
a. Michael Reap had disclosed that there were problems in his marriage to Grace- When<br />
.Michael Reappwas asked if the mantal probiems got physicai. if vioience was involved.<br />
he responded t'wuy back when, when we were both younger, she was, yes, and she was<br />
real hot biooded and patulous." When Michael Reapp was asked if it came to physical<br />
blows. I{e responded<br />
"... Yeah, but that was rare, I mean that just apush and she hit me<br />
once with a pot or something iike that".<br />
Michael Reapp advised that lus wife, Grace, would get physical and she was real hot<br />
blooded and she would lut first and say no later.<br />
Michael Reapp had also disclosed that the marital problems caused arguments between<br />
he and Grace;^He was drinking a lot and stayrng out a lot, and going around to the bars<br />
when he got off from work.<br />
b. Michael Reapp advised us that his son Bnan had told him, after Grace and Gracie were<br />
gone, that ". . ..the oniy thing I remember about ma is her beating the hell out of me all the<br />
iirrr"." This offrcer contacted Brian Reapp about this statement he had allegedly rnade to<br />
his father. Bnan advised that he did not say that, it was not true. Brian advised that he<br />
only has good memones of hrs mother (Grace).<br />
4. Michael Reapp was the last adult to see Grace and Gracie<br />
This officer also iearned from the notes of the investigating Troopers, dated06-27-78,<br />
regarding an interview with Michael Reapp. The officer's notes record that Michael<br />
Reapp revealed to them that he had been sleeping downstairs, and that Grace Reapp haci<br />
been sleeping in the bedroom, for 3 to 4 days, due to (Grace's) sickness, snoring and<br />
gasping.<br />
The officer's notes record that Michael Reapp awoke on 06-07 -78 at 9:30 and found that<br />
no one was home; The boys were in schooi.<br />
The officer's notes record that Michael Reapp thought nothing was wrong; He went into<br />
the bathroom where he found a note written by Grace, which he had since iost.<br />
