Since october 1996, numerous excavations of the back yard at the Reapp's former
Jericho property have been undertaken over the years, to locate the remains of Grace and
Gracie. The totai property area is approximately 10 acres, with much of this land wooded

The res'lts of these continued searches have not produced any evidence or the remains of
Grace and Gracie'
In this Affidavit of Probable cause, this officer has shown that:
No one has seen or heard from Grace Reapp or her daughter, Gracie Noel Reapp
since Michael Reapp claimed that he had found a note from Grace saying that she
was going away for a o'few days" on or about June 7th, 19?8'
Michael Reapp never produced the note for police and his account of his wife and
daughter,s disappearance is both inconsistent and incredibte. Michael Reapp had
both motive and opportunity to kill his wife. (rt is reasonable to believe he killed his
daughter because she was a witness to the killing of his wife')
I,hev,re dead - family members, friends have not seen or heard anything from
Grace or Gracie -- except lies that Michael had stated, alleging that friends had seen
Grace, or that Grace was with family and/or friends in another state'
Michael ReaPP had a motive'
Investigation revealed that Michael Reapp had an extra-marital affair' for some
time prior to Grace Reapp's disapp.utuo... During this affair, the woman with
whom Michaer Reapp ,ou, involved with had become pregnant, subsequently

had an abortion. After the disappearance of Grace Reapp and Gracie Reapp,
Donna Roussin, this othe.no*uo, had moved in the house with him' as the
housekeeper/babysitter for Brian and patrick Reapp; however they continued their
sexual relationship during this time'
Michael Reapp was unhappy in his marriage to Grace; relationship with Grace was
abusiveo sometimes PhYsical'
Michaet Reapp was the last adult to see Grace and Gracie'
Michaet Reapp,s story teft him alone with Grace and Gracie for 1 and one half
hours on the day they were alleged to be missing.
