Prepare 2 fillings of different colors and similar density, 1 of
them of 5 oz. for the other filling, allow between 15 oz., and 1
lb. 12 oz. g of heavier fillings.
Pick the grooved tube and put it inside the cone and the
decorating tube.
Fill the cone with the 15 oz. colored filling.
Put the cone set inside a pastry bag.
Fill the bag with the second, 15 oz. to 1 lb. 12 oz. main filling.
