What Did They Say?
Barbara Beasley
“We are gathered here this evening for one reason, and
one reason only and that is to fulfill a dream, a dream that
we all know too well. That is the dream of GRADUATION!!!
The time has come where we all have succeeded in our
transformation that we call higher learning. So for every-
one that helped us reach this goal, everyone we met along the way, and for everyone that
encouraged us during our journey to get us here tonight, we say THANK YOU!!
there when you need them. The graduating class of 2013 thanks them and we thank all of
you friends and family who helped along the way as well.”
changed all that. I realized on my very first day that
the teachers cared and that I could be successful here. It
