Forfeiture occurs when a vested person separates from service and withdraws contributions thereby<br />
forfeiting future rights to an employer financed benefit. The total probability of forfeiture is obtained by<br />
multiplying the probability of “other separation” from Table B by the probability of forfeiture from this<br />
table. The table does not apply to individuals who are eligible for retirement at the time of termination.<br />
