Backing up your contacts<br />

Your phone features Verizon Backup Assistant, which automatically<br />

backs up your contacts to an online server. You must first create an<br />

account on the Verizon Wireless website.<br />

You can set up the Backup Assistant when you first turn on your<br />

phone. See “Getting started” in the Basics chapter for details.<br />

If you did not set up Backup Assistant when you first turned on your<br />

phone, you can set it up in Settings.<br />

If you did not set up Backup Assistant during when you first turned on<br />

your phone, you can enable it in Settings.<br />

Press HOME > MENU, and then tap Settings.<br />

Scroll down the screen, and then tap Accounts & sync.<br />

3. Tap Backup Assistant.<br />

Follow the instructions on the screen to sign in to Backup<br />

Assistant and back up your contacts.<br />
