The Director of the Resource and Conservation Division, Department of Urban
Affairs and Planning, hereby notifies that the Timber Plantation on the land described
in the schedule is an accredited Timber Plantation pursuant to sections 13 and 18 of
the Timber Plantations (Harvest Guarantee) Act 1995.
