8828 OFFICIAL NOTICES 26 October 2001 ROADS ACT 1993 Notice under Clause 17 of the Road Transport (Mass, Loading and Access) Regulation, 1996 Hume Shire Council, in pursuance of Division 2 of Part 3 of the Road Transport (Mass, loading and Access) Regulation 1996, by this Notice, specify the routes and areas on or in which B-Doubles may be used subject to any requirements or conditions set out in the Schedule. Commencement This Notice takes effect from the date of gazettal. 3. Effect This Notice remains in force until 31 December 2005 unless it is amended or repealed earlier. 4. Application 4.1 This Notice applies to B-Doubles which comply with Schedule 1 to the Road Transport (Mass, Loading and Access) regulation 1996 and Schedule 4 to the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1998. 5. THE Roads and Traffic Authority of New South Wales by its delegate declares, with the approval of Her Excellency the <strong>Gov</strong>ernor, that the land described in the schedule below is acquired by compulsory process under the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 for the purposes of the Roads Act 1993.
