However. noise from Highway 82 could be considered a health issqe. To reduce the impact of Highway noise on the proposed subdivision residents. the developer has included a buffer of at least 50 feet and up to 200 feet from the Highway right-of-way. The buffer will be benned and landscaped to reduce the effects of traffrc noise in the development (Eric H. Mulcahy. AICP. Sands Surveying.
