j. Shore Ranch home owners. No cqmmercial or industrial use is proposed within lhe development. Parks and Recreation Facilities: i. Describe park and recreation facilities to be provided within the proposed subdivision and other recreational facilities which will serve the subdivision. The proposed subdivision is centered on an equestrian faciliblwith trails running through the _development and within the open space. Approximatelv 49olo the site is preserved in open space and park. Each lot has direct access to a po{tion of the open space and trail network. The trail network wi-ll be open to,the public with maintenance provided by the North Shore Ranch HOA provided the public does not abuse or vandalize the frail system. The proposed subdivision has 69-876 acres in lots 0-5 acres or less. 68.188 acres in lots 0.501 to I acre in size. and 13.43 acres .in lots 1-001 to 3 acres in size. The parkland dedicalion is (.0.11 x 69.876 acres) + (0.075 x 68.188 acres) + (9.05 x 13.433 acres) : 13.47 acres. The proposed subdivision has 179.24 acres in parlc/open space. The park and open spage consists of ball fields. basFetball court. ridine arenas. corrals.
