take care to maintain good relationships with their collaborators.
Having established mechanisms for dealing with disagreements simplifies and speeds up resolution. Partners should
develop an agreed mechanism and timescale for dealing with disagreements.

Monitoring and evaluation can strengthen the effectiveness of IP management and exploitation mechanisms.
Partners should develop and implement clear systems for monitoring and evaluating their performance of
