On April 30, 2013, <strong>FMC</strong> announced a<br />

realignment of <strong>the</strong> company’s portfolio<br />

around three core platforms: <strong>FMC</strong><br />

Agricultural Solutions, <strong>FMC</strong> Health<br />

and Nutrition, and <strong>FMC</strong> Minerals.<br />

The company is also exploring <strong>the</strong><br />

divestiture of its Peroxygens business,<br />

including select Environmental<br />

Solutions product lines and related<br />
