Rule 3.8 Notice of Transfer of Refiled and Similar Actions and Procedures<br />
It shall be the continuing duty of the attorneys of record in every<br />
action or proceeding to bring promptly to the attention of the <strong>Court</strong> and<br />
opposing counsel the existence of other actions or proceedings as<br />
described in Section 2.15.00 of the <strong>Court</strong>'s Internal Operating<br />
Procedures, as well as the existence of any similar actions or<br />
proceedings then pending before another court or administrative agency.<br />
Such notice shall be given by filing with the <strong>Court</strong> and serving on<br />
counsel a "Notice of Pending, Refiled, Related or Similar Actions,"<br />
containing a list and description thereof sufficient for identification.<br />

Rule 5.1 Filing and Copies<br />
Anr(a) Form of Conventionally Filed Documents. All civil and criminal<br />
pleadings, motions, and other papers tendered for conventional<br />
(non-CM/ECF) filing shall:<br />
jr-r-(l) Be bound only by easily-removable paper or spring-type binder<br />
clips, and not stapled or mechanically bound or fastened in any way.<br />
Voluminous pleadings, motions, or documents may be bound with a rubber<br />
band. Attachments may not be tabbed; reference characters should be<br />
printed or typed on a blank sheet of paper separating each attached<br />
document.<br />
3-^(2) When filing a civil complaint for which issuance of initial process<br />
is requested, one (1) copy of the complaint must be submitted for each<br />
summons.<br />
