FROM THE MINUTE you step into Talisker on Main,<br />
you sense the dierence. A crystal chandelier hangs<br />
over the marble bar separating the dining room from<br />
the performance kitchen. The ceiling is shining pressed<br />
tin, the chair seats are covered in sheepskin. The whole<br />
place is light, bright and elegant, a little polished jewel on<br />
the old mining town’s historic Main Street.<br />
