4.2.4 Peak Hour Count Total Volume Analysis: Lunch
Period
During the lunch period of 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., 33,939 pedestrians
were counted in 60 locations of the Fayetteville District (11-Hour Counts
combined with Peak Hour Counts). Overall, most counts were higher than
the morning peak hour.
