Currently sparsely populated but is forecast to experience very high population<br />
growth in the next 10 years such that the percentage <strong>of</strong> the municipality’s<br />
population in this precinct will move from 0.8% to 5% and over 13,000 new<br />
dwellings will be constructed by 2031. There is currently only one local play space in<br />
this precinct but approximately 30 will be needed by 2031. The location and nature<br />
<strong>of</strong> these new facilities will be determined by council planning requirements and the<br />
planning principles described within this strategy.<br />
