Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community’s mission of enriching lives through quality services and Christian care extends to all levels of care in the Bartels community. The vision for Eisenach Village, Bartels newest development, came from a desire to provide true independent living for active adults in the spectrum of the Bartels continuum of care. The townhome neighborhood marked one year of serving active adults over the age of 55 in late 2010. Eisenach Village is a unique type of active adult community with a focus on freedom... freedom from the chores and home maintenance of everyday life and freedom to experience the lifestyle, leisure and learning that the community offers. Eisenach Village showcases architecturally appealing and thoughtfully designed homes with amenities to enhance a carefree lifestyle and match the interests and desires of active adults. It is located just north of the Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community campus and west of the Wartburg College campus.
