Taylor Physical Therapy Associates
continues to work in close partnership with
Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community to meet
the needs of individuals in our community. Within
the assisted living and nursing home settings, therapists
work closely with nursing staff to ensure that
every resident is functioning at their highest level,
from getting up and getting dressed in the morning
to walking to activities. People suffering a set-back
due to injury or illness can rest comfortably in the
skilled nursing and rehabilitation wing, knowing
that all staff are working together to help them reach
their goal of returning home as soon as possible.
Collective input from the community, nursing and
therapy staff has been compiled to ensure that the
new skilled wing will meet and exceed needs of
those individuals recovering from hospitalization.
The new rehab space will allow therapists to focus
on optimizing the function of patients; working in a
realistic environment on those tasks which matter
most to them.
