Each year, Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community
continues to advance its mission of enriching lives
through quality services and Christian care. Thank you

Bartels Memorial Foundation. Each gift helps to make a

continuance of our chaplaincy program and
resident-focused activities through art, music and
