Did you know.....that 57 students
serve as Extraordinary Ministers
of Holy Communion (EMHC's) and
Lectors at Sku� Catholic.
These students apply to be an
EMHC or Lector at the end of their
sophomore year. Like so many of
our SC students, they are posi� ve
role models and well-respected by
their peers, are comfortable sharing
their faith life with others, possess a
spirit of generosity and a willingness
to be of service to their community,
and are people of high moral
standards and personal values.
They minister at all-school Masses,
class Masses, on retreats, and in
their parishes. These students
a� ended the Archdiocesan training
and manda� on at St. Cecilia's
Cathedral in the fall, and Sku�
Catholic typically has the largest
number of students serving in this
capacity compared to the other
Catholic high schools!
