STORY
Seletar Aerospace Park
Developed by JTC Corporation (JTC), the world-class integrated hub spans 320 hectares of
purpose-built land and infrastructure.
The masterplan for Seletar Aerospace Park: the integrated hub covers an area of 320 hectares.
Seletar Aerospace Park is dedicated to hosting a wide range of
activities including Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
of aircraft and components, Fixed-Base Operation (FBO),
manufacturing and assembly of aircraft engines and components,
business and general aviation, training of pilots and mechanics, and
research & development. Companies that are located at Seletar
Aerospace Park stand to reap the many benefits that come from
being in an integrated environment, such as the increased scope
for new industry collaborations, created by the park’s shared
infrastructure and the close proximity of suppliers, customers and
partners, within a tightly-knit aerospace business community.
Following the implementation of Phases 1 and 2, JTC is
embarking on Phase 3, the final part of the development.
Two new buildings were completed by JTC in 2011. The Business
Aviation Complex (BAC), a multi-tenanted high-rise facility,
houses companies that support the business aviation sector.
The Component Manufacturing and MRO Facility (CMMF)
is a series of eight land-based factories which have been built
for companies engaging in MRO activities and manufacturing
of aerospace components. In 2010, JTC also completed the
construction of a 66 kV substation.

moved into Seletar Aerospace Park, including the following

Air Transport Training College
Air Transport Training College (ATTC) is a professional
development centre of the Singapore Institute of Aerospace
The Business Aviation Complex is a multi-tenanted high-rise facility housing
companies that support the business aviation sector.
Engineers (SIAE). With the completion of their new hangar
facilities in the General Aviation Centre (GAC) by the end of the
year, ATTC will be able to provide training in aerospace engineering
and aviation management in an integrated training environment.
