your mind and beliefs. And <strong>the</strong> cure for all of <strong>the</strong>m already resides<br />

within you. Most times, a fear of disease deep in your<br />

subc<strong>on</strong>scious makes it possible for <strong>the</strong> disease to become a<br />

part of you. Think healthy thoughts and discount <strong>the</strong> possibility<br />

of disease and it will never take up residence in your house.<br />

“There are materials given to you to assist in keeping<br />

<strong>the</strong> body and mind healthy. These are all around you but usually<br />

you ignore <strong>the</strong>m and look for o<strong>the</strong>r ways. <strong>Take</strong> light and<br />

sound, for example. <str<strong>on</strong>g>You</str<strong>on</strong>g>r scientists are <strong>on</strong>ly now beginning to<br />

take a hard look at <strong>the</strong> intriguing possibilities of <strong>the</strong>se vibrati<strong>on</strong>s<br />

and frequencies. Vibrati<strong>on</strong>s of various kinds affect both<br />

<strong>the</strong> physical and mental bodies. Certain gems, colors and<br />

sounds are much more beneficial than o<strong>the</strong>rs. In periods of<br />

deep meditati<strong>on</strong> you can generally tell which <strong>on</strong>es would be<br />

best for you. If you cannot, you may need <strong>the</strong> help of a<br />

teacher or a practiti<strong>on</strong>er in <strong>the</strong>se matters. If your mind is calm<br />

and your outlook positive, you would naturally be drawn to <strong>the</strong><br />
