A Blast From<br />
<strong>the</strong> Past<br />
Jay Turser has introduced <strong>its</strong> line of vintage<br />
surf and garage rock style guitars<br />
from <strong>the</strong> early 1960s, <strong>the</strong> J-Tones. The<br />
J-Tones encompass three distinct body<br />
styles. The Mosman is based on guitars<br />
made popular by surf bands of <strong>the</strong> ’60s<br />
like The Ventures and Punk bands in <strong>the</strong><br />
’70s such as The Ramones. The 1457<br />
is inspired by <strong>the</strong> electric guitars used<br />
by garage bands from <strong>the</strong> mid ’60s<br />
and features a birch body with maple<br />
<br />
The 1423 is based on late ’50s era<br />
guitars and boasts a single cutaway<br />
