10. For the transfer of any licence from any per­

application shall be made in like manner as the
applicants for the grant or renewal of licences.
11. The pr~cedul'e to be followed by the Licensing

in respect of the grant of Kamr eating-house licences.
12. No licences shall be ~anted in respect of any
premises un~ess they shall comply with the following
conditIons to the satisfaction of the Licensing
