2. Pending orders must be logged into eBudde by Monday at noon in order to be available for pick up from the cupboard
later that week.
3. Once a troop place their pending order in eBudde
the cookies are allocated to that troop and those
cookies are reflected In the troops sales report.
Troops are responsible for any cookie pending
orders they place.
4. Full, unopened cases of cookies can be returned
to a local cupboard ONLY from your initial order
commitment. If a troop returns ANY cookies they
will no longer qualify for the INITIAL ORDER
COMMITMENT BONUS.
5) Cookie Cupboards
1. Cookie Cupboards are located throughout
GSCWM council jurisdiction.
2. Most cupboards are managed by volunteers.
Please remember to thank cupboard volunteers!
It's a big job!
3. GSCWM Service Centers are cookie cupboards.
4. Check the council website for an updated list of
cupboards, cupboard hours and contact
information for cupboards.
5. Just as troops need to closely manage their
inventory, the council cupboards need to be
managed. As the sale draws to an end fewer
cookies will be stocked in the cupboards.
Handling Cookie Money

eBudde will calculate troop proceeds based on the total number of boxes sold by the troop.
Troop Cookie Managers are responsible for the safekeeping of cookie sale money and the payment of the troop’s
cookie bill.
Prior to cookie delivery, conduct a short training session with the troop to emphasize the following:
• Deliver cookies with a parent or buddy.
• Deliver only a few orders at a time.
• Use the money envelope. Keep it in a safe place at home.
• Turn in money to the Troop Cookie Manager frequently. Have parents turn the money in, confirm the
amount and provide a receipt with both the TCM’s and parent’s signature.
As Troop Cookie Manager, people know you have money. Protect yourself.
• Keep cash in a safe place. Do NOT store cookie money in your home or vehicle.
