Method, our system provides clients with a consistent and objective framework to analyze<br />
organizational structures, evaluate people and jobs, define career progressions, develop pay<br />
and reward programs, and manage their human resources more effectively. This seminar is<br />
designed to teach you how to value work in your organization through both discussion and<br />
hands-on practice, learning from the expertise of a senior <strong>Hay</strong> <strong>Group</strong> Consultant and the<br />
shared experiences of <strong>Hay</strong> <strong>Group</strong> clients.<br />

• Understand the business case for evaluating work and how it fits into the broader reward process;<br />
• Analyze jobs and roles in your organization;<br />
• Develop insight into the concepts underlying the <strong>Hay</strong> Method of valuing work;<br />
• Practice evaluating a variety of jobs in the overall context of an organization;<br />
• Be prepared to address questions about work valuing that are meaningful in your organization.<br />
This seminar is restricted to organizations that are currently using the <strong>Hay</strong> <strong>Group</strong> Guide Chart - Profile<br />
Method of Job Evaluation SM . It is designed for individuals who are accountable for valuing work in their<br />
organizations, including compensation management, organization effectiveness, and human resources<br />
development. The program is designed to teach a basic understanding of how to value work using the <strong>Hay</strong><br />
<strong>Group</strong> Guide Charts SM and is intended for those who need to evaluate jobs and roles, and who have little or<br />
no previous experience with The <strong>Hay</strong> <strong>Group</strong> Method.<br />
Cost:<br />
The registration fee is $1,799 plus applicable taxes. Please note that a 10% discount will be applied for three or<br />
more registrations from the same organization.
