NEW PRODUCT APPLICATION
Online Application Process
Submitting your product for certification is simple using the
Heart-Check product application and renewal portal. The
online application process makes it easy to provide product
details, pay the certification fee and update or renew a
product’s certification.
Log on to
certification.heartcheckmark.org and
enter the username and password you
received by email. Then follow these
steps:

Progress page, click
the “Add a Product”
tab. You will be asked to
enter the following product
information:

PC code (if your product has
one)
• Produc
t name
• Packag
e size
• Serving size
• U
nit of
measure
• T
ype of
product
(branded
product,
brand/form
variation or
variety pack; trade associations/members also have the option to choose commodity or
branded commodity)

2. Once your product is entered into the system for review, you can
either add another product or proceed to checkout.
