Distinguished Alumni Award will be given to select Hoffman Estates High School
graduates.
Selection will be made on the basis of the following criteria:
• Graduated from Hoffman Estates High School ten or more years ago.
• Demonstrates a high level of achievement in his/her field and makes significant
contributions to that field.
• Exhibits leadership, character, and service at work, in the community, or in civic
organizations.
