What’s Included in Registration Fees<br />
The registration fee includes admittance to satellite programs,<br />
scientific sessions, poster sessions, commercial exhibits and activities,<br />
and the Opening Reception.<br />
<strong>Scientific</strong> <strong>Meeting</strong> Evaluation<br />
There are two ways to complete the scientific meeting evaluation<br />
form: (1) complete the evaluation form found in your congress bag<br />
and return to the Registration Desk (Hynes Convention Center); OR<br />
(2) complete the form on-line after the meeting (information to be sent<br />
to attendees by e-mail after the scientific meeting).<br />
E-Mail From the Exhibit Floor (Booth #2522)<br />
During the meeting e-mail stations will be available in Exhibit Hall D for<br />
attendees to check their e-mail. Please note your e-mail account must be<br />
accessible through a web-based browser, e.g., Internet Explorer.<br />
No Smoking Policy<br />
HFSA prohibits smoking in all areas <strong>of</strong> the meeting and all hotel meeting<br />
rooms hosting HFSA functions. Thank you for your cooperation.<br />

opportunity for attendees to learn more about ongoing clinical trials<br />
in heart failure. These boards have been rented by groups supporting<br />
clinical trials. The HFSA assumes no responsibility or liability for<br />
information posted about a clinical trial on these boards.<br />
Hands-on Workshop: Located in Exhibit Hall C. This provides an<br />
opportunity for hands-on user learning to meeting attendees.<br />
Product Theater: Located in Exhibit Hall D. This provides an<br />
opportunity to hold product-related presentations during expo hours.<br />
