Spa Hours
Our services are available daily from 8:30am to 7 pm. Walks in
welcome. Enquiries Dial 1040 from your room, outside guest dial
55 10 40.
Check-in
We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
This allows time for the check-in process and selects your oils.
Late arrival appointments may be shortened and will not receive an
extension of treatment time.
Kindly make your spa therapists aware of any medical conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Any rescheduling of appointment is subject to availability. Any
amendment or cancellation same day of booking will incur a 50%
cancellation charge. Full fee will be imposed for no show. We view

the atmosphere of MOOREA LAGOON SPA as a tranquil sanctuary
providing an escape from the busy world. For that reason, please
refrain from smoking and kindly switch off all electronic devices
before entering the quiet space of the spa and please keep your
voice low!
Children
We LOVE children. However, for relaxation of our guests,
we kindly ask that children do not accompany any of our guests for
their scheduled appointments.
Valuables
To fully enjoy your visit, we encourage all guests to leave valuables
in the safe provided at the hotel room. The management accepts
no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind
brought into the spa premises.

Massage of the ancient Polynesia, performed in long beautiful, flowing movements along the length of the body using
primarily the forearms as well as the hands and fingers, in combination with the breath. The continuous flowing

you have no choice but to let the tension melt away as you drift off into an almost meditative state.
