However, the degree to which this might occur is not clear at this level, and the effects are likely to be neutral without further measures to ensure this objective is embedded in delivery of these MP objectives. As this group of objectives is likely to focus on the historic environment value of the site, neutral effects are likely for the majority of environmental objectives. Recommendation: the sustainability checklist should be applied to actions which contribute to these MP objectives, to ensure that wider environmental objectives are embedded in the delivery of the plan. 66
