The directors present their annual report and the audited financial statements for the 9 months ended 31 December

Principal Activities
The Company acts as an investment holding company. The principal activities of its subsidiaries is set out in note 34 to
the financial statements.
Results and Dividends
The results of the Group for the 9 months ended 31 December 2009 and the state of affairs of the Group at that date are
set out in the financial statements on pages 27 to 86 of the annual report.
Share Premium and Reserves
Details of movements in the share premium and reserves of the Company and the Group during the period under review
are set out in note 28 and page 78 to the financial statements.
Segment Information
The segment information of the Group for the 9 months ended 31 December 2009 is set out in note 8 to the financial
statements.
Financial Summary
