At 31 December 2009, the Group was in the process of applying for the title certificates of its land and buildings
with an aggregate net carrying amount of approximately HK$3,368,000 (31 March 2009: HK$3,489,000). The
Directors are of the view that the Group is entitled to lawfully and validly occupy and use the above - mentioned
land and buildings. The Directors are also of the opinion that the aforesaid matter does not have any significant
impact on the Group’s financial position as at 31 December 2009 and 31 March 2009. The building ownership
certificate had been subsequently issued to the Group in March 2010.
